Class Styles

  • Balance movement with stillness.

This class begins with a dynamic Vinyasa flow to energize the body and synchronize breath with movement. The second half shifts into grounding Yin postures held for longer periods to release deep tension and calm the nervous system. Vin/Yin is ideal for those seeking both strength and deep relaxation in one practice. All levels welcome.

  • Mindful movement, steady breath.

This gently-paced class emphasizes foundational yoga postures, breath awareness, and alignment. Slow Hatha Flow invites you to move with intention and explore your body’s natural rhythm. It’s a perfect practice for beginners, those returning to yoga, or anyone craving a slower, meditative flow.

  • Flow into flexibility.

Using props to support the body, Yin yoga works with the energy body, stimulating meridian lines (based in Traditional Chinese Medicine) and balancing the chakra system. Longer holding postures and more meditative styles that include mostly floor-based stretches designed to increase mobility, release muscular tension and calm the nervous system. This class is great for athletes, desk workers, or anyone needing a reset for tired muscles. Suitable for all levels.

  • Strength meets stillness.

Yoga Sculpt blends traditional yoga poses with strength-training elements like hand weights, cardio bursts, and core work. Expect an upbeat class with energizing music that challenges endurance, tones muscles, and boosts metabolism. No yoga experience necessary, but a willingness to sweat is recommended.

  • Turn up the heat, turn inward.

Heated Flow 2 is an intermediate-level Vinyasa class practiced in a warm room (90–95°F). Expect creative sequencing, intentional transitions, and a steady pace to build strength, balance, and focus.
